Both only maybe a second or two but very distinctive feeling which rattled the computers etc in the room. Oddly no one downstairs felt it. Strange that this one seems to have come from the Lake District as the only fault line i was aware we had was around Dumfries which caused damage in Carlisle a couple of years ago, or so. Quake did make the Radio 2 breakfast news this morning so Moira Stewart and a few million others now acknowledge we exist. Felt 2 shocks around 11 last night in Penrith.
