Places of Worship
Untitled Document Kendal Parish Church Make a pilgrimage to Kendal's historic parish church, 'The Church of the Angels', seen in stone, wood and glass, and with connections to Queen Katherine Parr (the Parr Chapel), Robin the Devil (his helmet and sword), the Bellingham Family, and Sizergh Castle (the chapel of the Strickland family). The church, dedicated to the Holy and Undivided Trinity, has been a place of worship since the early 13th Century to the present day.
